Working Principle

• Low-Temperature Pressing: The cold press recycling oil expeller operates at temperatures below 60°C. Through the rotation and advancement of a screw shaft, the seeds are continuously pushed forward. The seeds are compressed in the pressing chamber, and the oil is squeezed out through the gaps in the pressing cage.
• Recycling Pressing: This machine uses a recycling pressing method to increase the oil yield. After the initial pressing, the oil cake still contains a certain amount of oil, which can be further extracted through recycling pressing.
