1. Start the Machine
The entire flour mill startup process follows the principle of "reverse material flow." First, the flour collection and packaging system is turned on, followed by the screening/grading equipment, the suction and dust removal system, and the feeding mechanism.
2. Feeding
After starting the machine and confirming that it is operating normally, feed the raw materials into the feeding system. The raw materials pass through the grinding rollers, turning the grains into flour.
3. Screening
The ground flour passes through the screening equipment, separating impurities from the flour, resulting in clean flour.
4. Flour Collection
The screened flour automatically enters the flour outlet, where it can be collected directly.
