Operation steps of small palm oil extraction equipment

1. Turn on the power of all machines and debug the machines.

2. Using the hoisting device of the sterilization pot, put the palm fruit bunch into the sterilization pot, inject enough water to start heating, starting from when the steam is generated; the sterilization time is 40-80 minutes.

3. Turn on the thresher, and transport the palm fruit bunches after cooking to the entrance of the machine. Start threshing.

4. When the screw conveyor and oil press are turned on, the palm fruit will start to be pressed automatically. Adjust the inlet switch of the screw conveyor to control the feeding speed. Prevent the oil press from jamming.

5. Start the oil filter and start filtering. (Install a filter cloth between the plates and frames of the oil filter, then press the machine tightly, and stop the machine after starting the filter, loosen the half-turn pressing device.)

Note: After the crude oil is boiled with water, the sedimentation is separated, the oil is taken out to continue heating and dehydration, and then filtered again, the effect is better.
