The screw oil press produced by our company is suitable for small and medium-sized oil plants and township enterprises. The integrated oil press is a new environmentally friendly product that has been carefully developed recently after market demand research based on the previous single machine. It adds the automatic control function of seed frying and chamber heating, changes the traditional way of heating the dried cake grinding, shortens the preparation time, reduces energy consumption and machine wear, and extends the service life of the machine.
 

If production is interrupted, the chamber can also automatically keep warm;
at the same time, it also increases the use function and improves the degree of automation, changing the single press into a combined machine of frying (seeds), pressing (pressing), filtering (oil).

After the oil is fried, it directly enters the chamber for oil pressing, and the pressed oil directly enters the vacuum oil filter for filtration.
Compared with the plate and frame oil filter system, the vacuum oil filter has the characteristics of light weight, simple operation, fast filtration speed, simple and quick slag removal, and timely return of the filter residue.
