1. Rice Milling
Grains enter the rice mill. Sand rollers grind and iron rollers polish the rice grains, removing the bran and germ from the rice, resulting in broken rice.
2. Bran Discharge
The rice mill effectively separates the bran from the rice. The bran is discharged through a specific bran outlet based on the winnowing principle, while the rice is discharged through a fixed outlet.
3. Vibratory Screening
The rice mill may contain some broken and unrefined rice. A vibrating screen removes these small broken and unrefined rice, resulting in high-quality polished rice.
