The HT120SL series automatic temperature-controlled water-cooled screw oil press is based on the structure of the HT120J model, adding an electric heating device and a circulating water cooling system to control the temperature of the press chamber, so as to achieve constant temperature pressing and extraction of oil and maintain pressure stable in the press chamber. (according to different oil materials, the pressing chamber temperature is maintained at 120-140°C) to avoid excessively high temperature in the pressing chamber due to long-term continuous pressing, protein denaturation beyond the limit, and coking of the material embryo, thus increasing the oil yield and making each Vitamins, fatty acids, minerals, trace elements and nutrients are completely retained. At the same time, it improves the utilization value of dry cake; improves the degree of intelligence and automation; has compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
